API Parameters

• role: Specifies the role of the entity. Valid values are:
  • all
  • kinase
  • phosphatase
  • substrate
  • residue
• ID: The identifier used for querying the entity.
  For Kinases, Phosphatases and Substrates it is the UniprotKB ID
• format: Specifies the response format:
  • json (default)
  • tsv
• header: A boolean parameter to specify whether to include headers in the TSV output. Acceptable values:
  • yes
  • no

Response Format

The API can return data in either json or tsv format. Depending on the format requested, the output will include biological data regarding phosphorylation and dephosphorylation, including entity names and residues, along with mechanisms.
