Instead, our current understanding is that the majority of GPCR signal transduction in neutrophils occurs through the G gamma/beta subunit. G-protein-coupled receptors in neutrophils primarily signal through the Gβγ heterodimer, activating two parallel pathways through PLCβ2/3 and PI3Kγ. |
