In this study, we have shown that LRP1B inhibited the activity of beta-catenin/TCF signaling possibly by interacting with DVL2. The molecular mechanism study revealed that LRP1B interacted with DVL2, inhibited the interaction between DVL2 and Axin, and negatively regulated beta-catenin/TCF signaling. |
